本职工作﹣(职务的主要工作)

· Ensures all merchandise is stored under optimal conditions and are ready for issuing.

确保将所有的货物存放在最佳的保存环境下，并做好发放准备。

· Check all Food & Beverage and general supplies delivered from the Receiving Section to ensure conformity for quantity, quality and specifications ordered.

核实所有验收的食品酒水及物品的供货情况以保证确认其质量、数量和要求符合标准。

· Ensure that store requisition notes are authorized by the relevant authorized Department Heads before any issues are done. Spoiled/contaminated goods are not to be issued as they may be a life or health hazard.

确保发货前所有库房领货单都已得到相关部门领导的签字批准。鉴于生命健康，确保不分发损坏的和污染的货品。

· Update bin cards of all items seeing to it that minimum inventory levels are maintained.

及时更新物品存货卡的记录，以确保最低的库存标准。

· Verifies the list of items at re-order point against physical quantities before submitting the list to the Cost Supervisor.

核实所有需重新定购物品的实际盘点数量，然后再将申请清单交与成本控制主管。

· Maintain functional arrangements of all store items in the storeroom.

保证整齐、条理的排放库房中的所有货品。

· Ensures that merchandises are issued by first in first out” basis to reduce minimum stock spoilage that the beverage decal is attached on the liquor bottles issued and that each hard liquor is issued against an empty bottle.

确保货物发放遵守先进先出原则以尽量减少库存损失，所有含酒精饮料在发放时应粘附标签纸在瓶子上，并且烈性酒的发放必须是以空瓶换取的。

· Verifies quantities of arriving materials destined for storeroom, signs for same on receiving stamp.

核实送往库房物品的数量，并签收确认。

· Maintains merchandises bin labels identifying lack item’s code, number, name, and issue unit and minimum and maximum stock levels.

保持将所有物品贴上标码，序号，名字，单位，及最大或最小库存量。

· Ensures that all issues from stores are made against properly completed, ruled off/approved store room requisitions, all code numbers are clearly indicated next to each item being issued, signs the “issued by” portion of the requisition.

确保所有从库房分发出来的物品都按照适当要求完成，出库申请单划有封底线并是经批准的，将编码标注在出库物品旁，然后在申请单的发货人处签名确认.。

· Ensures that store room temperatures including the freezer and the refrigerator are in the line with InterContinental Hotel Group Standards.

确保库房温度包括冰库和冰箱的温度符合洲际酒店的标准。

· Assist in the monthly inventory.

协助进行每月库房盘点。

· Ensures that all storage areas are clean and maintains high hygienic standards.

确保所有的库存区域干净并保持高卫生标准。

· Performs other duties as required.
