岗位职责/职位描述

· Entertain clients.

宴请客户

· Look after VIP guest in house

照顾酒店内的VIP客人

· Determine and recommend prospective clients by analyzing historical and other statistical information

通过分析历史和其它统计数据信息决定和推荐潜在的客户

· Conduct familiarization tour and site inspections.

带领客户参观酒店,以便其熟悉酒店的各项设备设施

· Sell all facets of the Hotel

对饭店进行全方位的销售

· Prepare client call analysis reports

准备销售拜访分析报告

· Travel as and when required to promote the hotel, and develop potential business

为促销酒店和发展潜在的生意

· Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assist in promoting 

沟通并呈交适当的材料至所有的市场渠道和机构, 用以协助推销饭店, 确保这些材料能够有效地对饭店起至推销的作用.

· Take part in the preparation and planning of department/unit. outlet goals and objectives

· Access sales and marketing data

· Assist with the evaluation of sales and marketing activities

协助对市场销售活动的评估

· To ensure that all restaurant mise en place is correctly prepared and ready for each service period.

确保所有餐厅的准备工作都做好,为各个服务时段做好准备。

· To maintain a breakage prevention program designed to minimize breakage of operating equipment, and to liaise directly with the Steward Manager and recommend changes to policies or procedures.

建立预防损坏流程,将经营设备的损失减少到最小;和管事部负责人保持联系;对经营方针和程序提出改进措施。

· To maintain a close customer contact to ensure satisfaction and recognition of regular guests.

和客人保持密切接触,保证能得到常客的满意和称赞。

· Monitor competitor activities

监督竞争者的活动

· Develop and maintain contact with local business generators, meeting and convention planners, Visitors/Convention Bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Department and other procedures closely

与当地的生意客户、会议组织者、参观者、会议中心、旅行社、导游、航空公司相关客户、政府部门等建立并保持紧密的联系

· Build profile within local marketplace

建立当地市场档案

· Attend and contribute to Sales and Market meetings

参与市场营销会议并为其做出贡献

· Coordinate operations between other departments where necessary

· Deliver high quality service to guests
