职位描述

一、岗位职责

1、基础服务流程:
协助完成餐前准备,包括餐具摆放(西餐摆台)等;
根据服务动线为客人递送餐品、饮品及甜品,确保时效性与准确性。

2、客户服务与沟通:
引导客人入座,介绍菜品及饮品特色(需掌握基础西餐礼仪知识);
观察客用餐需求,主动提供餐巾更换、饮品续杯等服务;
处理简单客诉(如餐品温度、上菜顺序等),及时向上级反馈复杂问题。

3、清洁与维护:
餐后清理桌面、回收餐具,保持用餐区整洁;
定期检查餐具损耗并协助补充库存。

4、团队协作:
配合后厨/传菜员确保出餐效率;
参与餐厅主题活动布置(如节日装饰、主题宴会)。

二、任职要求

1、基本素质:
大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
形象端正,普通话标准,具备基础英语交流能力(能应对外籍客人需求);
体力充沛,能适应站立工作及排班轮休。

2、技能与态度:
服务意识强,有耐心和亲和力;
学习意愿强,能快速掌握西餐服务流程及礼仪规范;
抗压能力强,适应高峰期高强度工作(如节假日、主题活动接待)。
