provide technical support to the other departments.

supervise a technical services team to carry out maintenance according to
maintenance plan and statutory requirements.

propose and monitor the energy saving plan to meet the energy code.

arrange tender and quotation for contract-out services/works.

monitor the performance of the in house technical services team and tendered-out
services.

vet the tenant fitout proposal and monitor the renovation.
审核租户的装修建议及监察翻新工程。

To
monitor the facilities maintenances, daily operation and procurement procedures
to be carried out in compliance with safety requirements, company policies and
government regulations.
监督设施维护、日常运作和采购程序，以符合公司政策和政府法规的安全要求。

To
support renovation projects such as detailed design review, M&E
installation proposal review and monitoring the workmanship till take over from
the projects team.
为改造项目提供技术支持，如设计图纸审核、机电安装方案审查和监督现场施工工艺等直至项目竣工从项目管理团队移交验收。

To
prepare the technical services budget and monitor the expenditure.
编制技术服务预算及监察开支。

carry technical audit and propose improvement plan accordingly.

prepare the annual training plans and supervise the implementation;

Requirements 任职资格
·       
Education
Requirement: A college or above degree, major in HVAC, M&E, Building Environment or related disciplines. 
学历要求：大专以上学历，暖通、电气、建筑环境或相关专业。

Professional
Requirement:
- Work Experience: 8 years post qualification
experience in
Retail and at least 3 years of which are at managerial level.
M&E background. Preferable in commercial operation.
- Professional
Skills: Basic PC skills, CAD, Office Projects etc. With professional
qualifications: such as Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
