岗位职责：

1. 检查公区和不同楼层设施设备以确保清洁和状态良好，按照需要更换或翻新。协助检查客房，尤其是VIP房及常客房，跟据不同的客人及其他的特殊要求协调布置的安排。同时安排公区员工完成房间地毯清洁和保养。

2. 与客房部其他部门和其他部门协调有关影响酒店外观和客房状况的相关事宜，并及时告知并跟进突出的问题。确认房间状态以保证维修完成。

3. 在需要的时候，协助公区经理进行招聘、绩效管理、识别培训需求、制定培训计划和实施培训。

4. 控制所有消耗品和清洁用品的使用，以确保符合预算，并确保适当使用设备和工具。

5. 协助公区经理监督客房工作流程，包含失物招领、钥匙（卡）控制、安保及紧急事务处理、顾客及员工的生命财产安全等程序。

6. 熟悉酒店产品知识以及酒店周边信息，尽可能地为客人提供帮助,回答客人提出的问题，提供高质量的服务。

7. 督察公区清洁工按正常程序进行清洁，确保清洁程度达到酒店的标准。

岗位要求：

1. 流利的普通话交流与阅读书写能力, 简单英文交流者优先。

2. 要求酒店大专或者相同学历。

3. 至少1年以上公共区域的工作经验。

Key Responsibilities:

1. To check Public Areas / Floors to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition , well maintained and replaced / refurnished as required. Cooperate to check rooms and particularly those assigned to V.I.P., V.V.I.P and known repeated guests receive special attention to ensure they meet the hotel standards. Also arrange PA worker to clean carpet or other maintenance work in the guest rooms.

2. To coordinate with the other sections of the Housekeeping Department and the other Departments on all relevant matters that affect the physical appearance of the hotel and room status, keep them informed and follow up on outstanding issues. It may be the confirmation of room status to the repair work to be done.

3. To assist PA manager in the recruitment, management of performance, identification of training need, development of training plan and implementation of training if needed.

4. To control usage of all amenities and cleaning supplies to ensure compliance to budget and ensure appropriate usage of equipment and tools.

5. To assist the PA manager in the monitoring of housekeeping procedures including Lost and Found, Key Control, Security and Emergency procedures, and Health and Safety for employee and guests.

6. To get acquaintance with hotel product knowledge and hotel area infomation, be able to provide accurate and high standard service to guests.

7. To supervise the cleaners on their daily routine jobs and ensures them using the proper procedure. Assists in the supervision of the cleaners in order to meet the hotel’s standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.

Required Skills:

1. Must be able to speak, read and write the Chinese language. Basic English is preferred.

2. High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.

3. Minimum of 1 year experience as Public Area coach or in a related position.
