岗位职责：
1. 根据工种处理酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作。
2. 为各类工程设备、机房和系统的全部检修和保养提供专业知识。
3. 负责各类设备的检修和相关服务，如：酒店各区域的家具，天花，玻璃，镜具，标志牌，墙面，机电设备和照明设备等等。
4. 根据工程要求提前准备零部件清单。
5. 准备每月的维修进度报告，和年度维护计划和要求。
6. 定期实施火灾报警及重要设备的安全性检测。

岗位要求：
1. 至少一年相关部门工作经验，专业对口者和有国际品牌酒店工作经理的优先考虑。
2. 熟悉强电系统运行维护管理工作，有较强的理论知识和动手能力，精通电气专业，熟悉与电气相关的其他内容，能够阅览工程图纸。（强电），对电视系统、电话通讯系统、保安系统、音响系统等弱电熟悉，常见故障排查有经验。（弱电），掌握装修、装潢的基本知识，并具有一定的审美能力。（装饰），掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法，较熟练地掌握木器制作、维修、修补墙纸、各种五金配件的修理等。（装饰）
3. 抗压力强，身体健康，认真富有责任心。 

Key Responsibilities:
1. To attend to all types of repair and maintenance work of the Hotel.
2. To provide expertises to all engineering equipments, plants and systems.
3. Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as furnitures, celling, windows, glasses, sign board, wall, all electromechanical devices and lighting equipments.
4. To prepare spare components lists for engineering requirements.
5. To prepare the monthly maintenance schedule, and annual maintenance plan.
6. To inspect the fire & safety related equipements at fixed period.

Required Skills:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in related departments including supervisory experience.
2. With a strong professional working knowledge and practical skills such as engineering drawing, TV system, secruity system, decoration sense and repair skills etc.
3. Physically healthy and can be work under pressure, a strong responsible attitude is a plus.
