岗位职责：
1. 落实岗位责任制和运行规程，确保所管辖的配电，水暖，空调，锅炉系统的正常运行。
2. 实施相应的维修保养计划，保证这些计划按预定的规范要求，按时按质完成。
3. 检查所辖范围内的设备运行状况，环境卫生，安全保障，杜绝非公务人员进入机房，保证设备安全。
4. 组织实施工程部领导的运行调度指令和日常维修改造指令，并监督、检查完成情况。
岗位要求：
1. 技术学校机械专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上至少1年机械或管道相关的工作经验，拥有1年酒店工作经验者优先，或拥有同等的教育和经历。获得锅炉操作许可证及法律可能要求的其他职业证书和执照。
Key Responsibilities:
1. To implement the operational standard, ensure the electric power distribution, hot-water heating system, AC system， boiler system is operated in a standard way.
2. To implement the repair and maintenance plan, ensure all engineering work is followed by action plan as scheduled.
3. To inspect the all working equipements are safe and well maintained, ensure no other people allow to be in machinery room except for engineering workers.
4. To organize and follow up the tasks from Engineering leaders, ensure maintainance work will be settled on time.
Required Skills:
1. Technical school graduate in mechanical trade or obtain vocational training plus 1 year of experience in mechanical or plumbing work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Obtain Boiler operating license and any other Professional certification and license if required by law.
