岗位职责：

1. 各类餐品的烹饪及制作，根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产，保证食品的质量。

2. 严格遵守每一步工作流程，妥善保管各种食材原料，合理用料，降低消耗成本。

3. 负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作，同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生。

4. 检查岗位上每日餐后的原料消耗，及时申购、补充。

5. 听从厨师长的分配任务，与厨师团队多沟通，多互相协助。

岗位要求：

1. 至少一年相关部门工作经验，专业对口者和有国际品牌酒店工作经验的或持专业上岗证书的优先考虑。

2. 身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，服从上级及团队的安排。

3. 对餐品的出品保持高水准，有责任心。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the food quality and food hygiene all the times, cook the dishes followed by HACCP procedures.

2. Strictly obey the kitchen rules and working procedures, keep the material in a right place, do not waste it while cooking the food as well as cost saving.

3. Make sure the kitchen ware are all sanitized before and after using, keep the good hygiene for Ice cuber and oven, etc.

4. To check the daily consumptions, ensure purchase the food in advance, and refill the stocks in time.

5. To complete the daily work from Kitchen Chef, and communicate well with kitchen team.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage Culinary or related departments, or an equivalent combination of education and hotel working experience are preferred.

2. Physically healthy, Working hard, obey the job arrangements from the superiors.

3. Keep the Food & Beverage Accor standards at all times, be responsible for this role.
