岗位职责：

1.熟悉酒店健身房及设备，以专业有礼的态度接待酒店客人及会员，并且提供服务。

2.保持工作场地的齐备、干净及整洁。

3.根据服务标准手册完成工作。

岗位要求：

1. 具有康体部接待相关工作经验优先考虑；

2. 优秀的沟通技巧，具有客户服务意识；

3. 英语良好，会粤语优先考虑。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the hotel gym and equipment, receive hotel guests and members with a professional and courteous attitude, and provide services.

2. Keep the workplace clean, tidy and tidy.

3. Complete the work according to the Service Standard Manual.

Required Skills:

1. Relevant work experience in reception of the Recreation and Sports Department is preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness. 3. Good English, Cantonese is preferred.
