职责义务Duties & Responsibilities：
个人操作Individual operations
1.   熟悉前台岗位工作程序、方法及电脑住户系统操作的正确使用。
Familiar foreground job working procedures, methods and computer systems operated correctly household use.
2.   熟知公安系统的酒店户籍管理和输入操作。
Public security system known hotel household management and input operation.
3.   熟悉酒店各种类型的房间价格、数量、具体位置及房间特色。
The hotel rooms are familiar with the various types of price, quantity, specific location and room characteristics.
4.      有良好的客户关系及公关技巧，熟知重要客人的情况和生活习惯
Good customer relations and public relations skills, knowledge of important guests of the situation and living habits.
5.   掌握每日酒店的客房出租情况和住房预测，协助前台经理合理安排房间分配。
Daily hotel room rental grasp the situation and housing forecasts, the front desk manager to help arrange the room allocation.
6.   与客房部和行李部密切合作，按客人要求完成预抵和到店客人的住房安排。
Working closely with the housekeeping department and Concierge department, by request to complete the pre-arrival and housing arrangements for guests to shop
7.   了解酒店每日的会议、宴会等有关活动的安排，及时传达给当班每位前台员工。
Hotel arrangements understand the daily meetings, banquets and other related activities, timely communicated to the front desk staff on duty each.
8.   督促下属员工认真，按期完成工作。
Supervise subordinates seriously, and fulfill the job.
9.   及时向前台经理反馈员工的工作情况。
Timely feedback to work the front desk manager of the staff.
10.  检查每日和客房部的房态报表核查，保证酒店电脑资料的输入准确。
Room status report and daily housekeeping verification checks, to ensure that the hotel computer data input accuracy
