To support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the General Manager, Director of Rooms, Finance Manager,F&B Manager, and Director of Human Resources.Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall Commercial goals relating toCommercial Development issues of the brand and the hotel.Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotel image.
通过与酒店总经理，房务总监，财务经理，餐饮经理和人力资源总监建立高效的工作关系去实施酒店的总体管理战略。在与市场销售有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营目标方面，向总经理提供建议和支持，树立酒店良好的品牌形象。维护集团的标准、品牌的一致性和酒店的形象。
 
1.         Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.
为总经理提供专业的咨询及行政上的支持。
2.         Participates in the development and implementation of policies for the department and hotel.
参与开拓和实施饭店和部门的政策规定。
3.         Plans and developsmarketing strategies and promotion plans.
制定开拓市场销售战略和促销计划。
4.         Oversees and assists in the development and implementation of the hotel’s Sales and Marketing plans.
督导和协助市场销售计划的进展和实施。
5.         To set clear objectives for the Commercial Development team and develop individuals’ skills and performance reviews, coaching and training.
为商务发展部设定清晰的工作目标，实施员工个人技能的发展，业绩的复核训导和培训。
6.         Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
监督和评估当前发起的市场销售活动以及市场动态。
7.         To be responsible for all marketing activity in the hotel.
统筹酒店内所有的市场商务工作活动。
8.         Manages departmental changes and ensuring processes and required infrastructure are in place.
管理部门内部的运作，保证部门设施完备，运行正常。
9.         Conducts market research.
进行市场调查。
10.     Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel.
为酒店设立价格策略和销售目标。
11.     Manages special projects and other Commercial related enterprises.
管理特别项目及其他相关的生意。
12.     Ensures efficient utilization of departmental resources.
确保高效利用部门资源。
13.     Ensures the development, update and maintenance of promotional materials.
确保发展、更新及保留酒店宣传材料。
