岗位职责：
1.熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布草；
2.细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等；
3.立即向洗衣房经理和主管汇报有关设备故障的问题；
4.洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色 等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理；
5.用友好的、有效的态度回答客人电话、处理客人要求。
