Job Description/职位描述
1.Representative for Mercedes-Benz brand and product in Mercedes me Store;作为Mercedes me Store的梅赛德斯-奔驰品牌及产品介绍。
2.Introduce Mercedes-Benz products and brand value to customer in professional but easy-understandable way;以专业的知识和通俗易懂的语言表达方式向客人介绍梅赛德斯-奔驰产品性能亮点及品牌内涵；
3.Responsible for assisting customer in test drive registration and check-in process;负责协助客人完成试乘试驾预约及签到流程；
4.Responsible for customer and potential sales leads information collection and submission;负责客户及潜在销售线索的信息收集与提交；
5.Be able to inspiring our customer, in understanding the brand position, value and lifestyle we represented and admired for, by high quality product experience service;以最好的产品体验服务让客户感知到我们的品牌所代表和推崇的价值、地位以及生活方式；
6.Assist Operation Manager to complete status reports in terms of product experience function operations;协助运营经理完成产品体验项目运营情况的相关报告；
7.Being cooperative and follow operation manager’s management for frequently theme events or activities.服从运营经理的工作管理安排并积极配合店内常规主题活动的相应工作安排。

Job Requirement/职位要求
1.Associated Degree or above大专以上学历；
2.2 year above experience as trainer or test drive specialist in auto industry, or customer service related business is an advantag两年以上汽车行业产品培训师，产品试驾体验专员相关经验者优先；
3.2 year above experience in hospitality or customer service related business is an advantage两年以上有客户接待及服务类相关行业经验者优先；
4.Acceptable for working till 10pm in the evening in working day, and working day will be partially happened in weekend能够接受工作日工作至晚十点，并且部分工作日在周末时间。
5.Excellent communication and presentation skill优秀的沟通及语言表达能力；
6.Good at self-management and self-learning良好的自我管理能力及自我学习能力；
7.Good at learning in working擅于在工作中学习及自我提升；
8.Good team player优秀的团队意识；
9.Good taste of dressing style有良好的着装品味；
10.Good looking形象气质大方得体。
