To ensure the smooth and efficient running of Sales Department. Responsible in achieving the sales objectives of the company. Represents and promotes the company by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.

Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in similar capacity in hotel, serviced apartment or residential sales or property
University education & above. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
Written and spoken fluency in Chinese and English (essential).
