Answer all correspondence relating to booking and advise Reservation Manager for any questions incurred before dispatch.
对于关于预订的回信，有问题时及时通知预定经理；


Files fax, letters and general reservation correspondence.
将传真、信和预订信存档;


Check arrival list and correspondence one day in advance to ensure all booking are correct.
提前一天检查到达名单和通信以确保所有的预订都正确;


Print out expected arrivals list into today arrivals and duplicates for the concerned departments.
打印预计到达表至今天的到达表，并复印分发到相关部门;


Assist in producing monthly and weekly forecast of occupancy for final approval DOSM.
完成每月和每周的入住率预测;


Promote and maintain good public relations with travel agents,airlinescompanies,commercial organizations and solicits business for hotel.
