Deliver Professional and Efficient Public Area Service
提供专业高效的公区服务

·        To work on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To cleaning and upkeep carpets, upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards.
做好客房部基础工作运转，按照饭店的标准清洗地毯、硬地面和家具。
·        To handle equipment and cleaning supplies with care.
小心使用机器，及时清洁机器。
·        To respond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.
及时清洁责任区域并时刻保持其整洁。
·        Clean the multi-function hall, lounge and office according to hotel standards.
根据酒店标准打扫多功能厅、休息室和办公室。
·        To ensure cleaning equipment is in order and stored appropriately.
确保所有清洁器材正确摆放，并适当保存。
·        Attend to general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/her periodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling, A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performing his daily cleaning duties.
在日常工作中参加清洗餐厅、办公室、公共区域地毯的工作，同时打扫吊灯、天花板，空调架或其他死角的卫生。

·        To maintain cleanliness of F&B outlets, Functions, Offices, and public areas not covered by stewarding and gardener, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel.

·        To provide a courteous and professional service all times.

·        Greets and is courteous to all guests, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.

·        To report items found in public areas to Housekeeping lost/Found directly as well as log.
如在公共区域拾到客人遗留物品，应及时上交客房失物招领处做好记录，同时报告主管。
·        To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
时刻保持高水平的个人仪容仪表。

·        To requisition and obtains supplies and cleaning material daily with approval from superior.
经主管同意申请和领用消耗品及清洁材料。
·        To report unusual incidents and suspicious looking characters to superior immediately.
如果发现任何可疑迹象，应及时向主管报告。
·        To report on repair and maintenance requirements to supervisor.
如有机器的维修和保养，应通知主管。
·        To report for duty punctually in full regulation uniform.
正确着装上岗。
·        To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues, and all other departments.

·        To follow up duties from the previous shift.
