- To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service provided by CAGES;

- Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction;

- Follow all CAGES service standards;

- Ensure that restaurant standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied;

- Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the service, bar, reservation;

-Be accountable for the accuracy of reports and stock administration.

- Check restaurant every place and setup CAGES standards at all time;

- Relay management decisions and make sure they are applied;

- Maintain consistency in quality of service;

- Check floor staff's daily work & attitude；

- Proper and tactful handling of verbal complaints from customers；

- Enforce staff motivation and team building;

- Design training programs;

- Participate in effective staff management: staff hiring / termination / transfers / overtime;

-Organize and carry out relevant training to improve employee's skills and evaluate or assess performance management system and decision-making for staffs’ promotion, rewards or punishments.

- Observes staff individual performance, grooming, punctuality;

- Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs / expenses / labour;

- Ensure that all materials, equipment and furniture are properly used and regularly cleaned;

Desired Education and Experience:

-Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in catering / hotel / retail industry.

-To be knowledgeable in Food and Beverage service and operation, especially in Bar Management;

- Strong leadership & management skills.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;

- Self starter & result-driven;

- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork oriented.

- Fluent written & spoken in English;
