Job Summary/Purpose:             
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Head Sommelier, within the limits of restaurant’s policies and procedures, effectively assisting the Head Sommelier in wine service of Ensue and Alcove as well as managing wine storage and inventory. The sommelier will work with the Head Sommelier to more effectively train the service team in a most professional and effective manner on any beverage related product knowledge topics, as well as related service standards and upselling tactics, to enhance service delivery and increase wine sales.

Responsibilities:

- wine service at both including wine-by-the-glass, wine-by-the-bottle, and wine pairing
- 进行葡萄酒服务，包括单杯，瓶卖，和餐酒搭配的服务
- service of wine events at Ensue and Alcove
- 葡萄酒活动的前期准备以及葡萄酒服务
- Catch wine sales opportunities and to engage with guests
- 在营业时间多与与客人接触，抓住销售酒水机会
- Assist other FOH staff with the non-beverage related service
- 协助同事做与酒水之外的服务
- Engage with guests to build up loyalty and increase patronage of customers
- 与客人接触，建立客户忠诚度，增加顾客的光顾
- Ensure the wine lists and the beverage lists in both outlets are in immaculate order without wear and tear
- 确保所有部门的酒水单秩序井然，无磨损，无污染
- Push some sales of non/slow-moving wines
- 推动慢销酒的销售量
- Receiving wines and managing storage
- 收获入库，整理酒柜
- asic wine and wine service training
- 进行基础的葡萄酒培训以及葡萄酒相关的服务培训
- Ensure the wine lists and the beverage lists in both outlets are in immaculate order without wear and tear

- Conduct monthly wine inventory
- 每月酒水盘点
- Translating some of the paper works
- 翻译文件

Requirements：
具体要求：
- Oral and written fluency in Chinese & English
- 流利的中文和英文书写和口语能力
- WSET II or above
- More than 1 year as a sommelier in a fine-dining restaurant. 
- 在高级西餐厅有一年以上侍酒工作经验
- Computer knowledge
- 电脑操作知识
- Ability to work long hours
- 能够长时间工作
