1.分析集团人力资源需求和各部门招聘需求合理性,制定招聘预算方案;
2..拟定招聘方案,组织实施招聘,统筹集团总部和各区门店招聘、面试人员输送的相关工作;
3.选择合理的招聘渠道发布信息,进行简历甄别、招聘测试、面试、筛选等工作;
4.直接负责总部、驻店主管级人员的面试,督导基层员工面试数量和质量;
5.建立健全各岗位面试题库;
6.甄别、建立和维护招聘渠道,建立招聘渠道档案,定期分析、评估招聘效果,汇报并持续优化。
任职要求:
1. 大学本科及以上学历,人力资源管理类、公共关系类等专业,
2. 年以上专职招聘工作经验2.掌握现代企业先进的招聘面试管理方法;
3. 具备良好的职业操守、强烈的敬业精神与责任感,抗压能力强。
计算机能力：精通年龄要求：25-35岁
