岗位职责
1、督导下属员工按操作程序，热情周到地为客人服务，对客人的问题、投诉和要求应迅速而机敏地作出反应。
2、检查员工的仪表、仪容，做好营业前准备工作。
3、检查各调酒员在调制酒水时，是否配量准确，技术熟练，服务周到。
4、检查酒吧、酒柜、冷藏柜等地的清洁。
5、对员工进行业务培训，提高员工技能和服务水平，对员工的表现作出评估。
6、负责酒吧用具的保管和管理。
7、协助楼面做好出品推广的同时，控制出品成本率。
