职位概述:
• 餐厅营业部负责人，安排营业部员工的工作及班次，负责餐厅接待及收银工作
• 问候前来用餐的客人并将他们带到座位上，协助其他服务员为客人服务，提升客人满意度
• 负责与总部对接相关账务结算工作，确保各类单据数据与实际一致
• 保持咨客台、收银台以及其他工作区的卫生
• 随时了解餐厅的营业情况，协助服务员完成客人的各种要求
• 检查预定物品，通知厨房和餐厅所有员工每天的预定情况以及特殊定餐
• 积极参与店内培训
• 有效管理、带动员工，并服从上级的其他工作安排
任职资格：
• 有3年以上相关餐饮或酒店接待及收银工作经验优先
• 热情大方，形象气质佳
• 善于沟通，优秀的服务意识
• 对工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，处事灵活
• 接受排班轮休
