职位说明 Job Description：
1、做好弱电、音响及视频的操作及保养工作，以确保弱电、音响及视频设备、系统运行畅通。
To do the operation and maintenance work well of ELV,  audio and video to ensure that runs smoothly.
2、执行楼宇自控系统的各项测试及检查工作，确保楼宇自控的稳定运行。
To do the testing and inspection work well of the building automation system to ensure it running stabilize.
3、执行电话系统、消防报警、监控系统、有线电视等弱电系统的维护和保养工作；执行宴会厅及会议室位置的音响及视频设备的维修及保养工作。
To to the maintenance work well of telephone systems, fire alarm monitoring systems, cable television and other ELV system. To do the maintenance work well of the audio and video equipment in banquet hall and conference room.
4、完成交接班记录及各系统的运行记录。
To complete the records of the shift and operating system.
5、与酒店的相关部门配合，使宴会和会议活动正常进行，并与其他班组完成日常维修工作。
In conjunction with the relevant departments of the hotel, to ensure that banquet and conference activities are conducted normally. To do regular maintenance work with other team.
6、完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior.

任职资格 Qualification：
1、初中或同等学历以上
Middle school or equivalent  certificate above
弱电工程相关专业
Graduation from ELV related professional
2、掌握弱电、楼宇自控、音响及视频系统的操作、维修及保养工作；
Skilled in the operation, maintenance and repairs of ELV, building automation, audio and video systems.
3、具备一般的中、英文书写及表达能力。
With the basic in English writing and presentation skills.
4、至少3年从事弱电、楼宇自控、音响及视频系统的操作、维修及保养工作经验。
At least 3 years work experience engaged in the operation and maintenance of ELV, building automation, audio and video systems.
