职位说明 Job Description：
1、监督管理饼房工作；
Supervision and management work in the kitchen；
2、监督管理饼房食品质量、成本，满足客人需要；
In the supervision and administration of the kitchen food quality, cost, meet the needs of the guests；
3、根据酒店需要，与行政总厨一起研发、调整菜单，满足客人需求；
As required by hotel, research and development, adjust the menu with executive chef and meet guests' needs； 
4、根据需要，制定、调整饼房的运营程序；
According to the needs, formulate, adjust the operating procedures in the kitchen；
5、监督饼房的食品、设备的采购，确保符合酒店程序及标准；
Supervise food in the kitchen, the purchase of equipment, procedures and ensure compliance with hotel standards； 
6、掌握餐饮运营物品发展的最新动态,以期提高服务水平；
To master the latest development of catering operation items, in order to improve the service level；
7、了解本地竞争对手，并与本酒店饼房进行比较分析。
Understand the local rival, analysis and comparing with the kitchen in the hotel.

任职资格 Qualification：
1、有厨师资格证或同等学历；
Chef certificate or the same degree；
2、餐饮或烹饪专业；
Food or cooking；
3、2年以上国际品牌酒店同岗位工作经验或5年以上低一级岗位工作经验；
More than 2 years releated work experiences or more than 5 years the low level releated work experiences in international star hotel；
4、具有良好的团队协作精神，出色的人际交往能力，诚实可靠、品行端正；
A good team spirit of collaboration,excellent interpersonal skills,honest and reliable,Decency；
5、具有较强的工作责任心和学习能力、良好的团队合作意识；
Have a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability,a good team spirit of collaboration；
6、主动，热情，灵活，能处理多方面工作的能力及强抗压能力。
Motivated, passionate, flexible, capable of handling multi-faceted tasks and working under pressure.
