岗位职责/职位描述

1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。

2. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.

积极地参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。

3.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.

紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。

4.Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

无论何时,最大化增加销售额。

5. Assists the DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.

协助销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。

6.Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间、服务以及其他设施)。

7.Plans sales trips, under the  Director of Sales to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.

在销售总监的直接批准下对主要市场的地区制定销售拜访计划,对一些特别地区的市场进行电话销售,向销售总监汇报潜在市场客户的需求范围。

8.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.

了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向销售总监汇报。

9.To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizer and VIP guests upon check-in.

在主要客户、团队负责人及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临或入住酒店。

10.Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .

负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。

11.Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.

通过销售拜访.电话销售. 传真.通信方式为酒店主要市场保持一个高水准的位置。

12.To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.

与客户洽谈所有相关会议、户外活动等,并签定协议。与宴会销售人员配合跟进具体在店活动。

13。 Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.

拓展增加住房产量,并同时增加宴会收入。

14. Maintains close communication with the Banquet Sales Team in the negotiation process of their accounts.  

在与客户沟通及谈判过程中,保持与宴会销售人员的及时沟通。

15.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
