岗位职责/职位描述

Keep the designated Public Area clean at all times during shift and assist guest with any questions which might arise.

当班时负责所指定区域的清洁并帮助客人解答问题。

1. Ensure designated area is properly and regularly cleaned.

确保适当地清洁所分配的区域。

2. Has a knowledge of location of outlets and other facilities, in order to correctly direct guests if requested.

了解各餐厅出口的位置和其它设施, 以便在需要时正确地引导客人。

3. Perform cleaning with a minimum disturbance to guests.

打扫卫生时尽量减少对客人的打扰。

4. When applicable, assists guests when working in the elevator areas.

在电梯区域工作时,在必要时帮助客人。

5. Ensure toilet and tissue papers are properly stocked in the restrooms.

确保手纸被正确地摆放在卫生间。

6. Greets all guests with an appropriate greeting and friendly smile.

恰当地问候所有的客人并面带笑容。

7.. Wax and polish floors by hand/machine, to sweep and wash stairs landings and hotel front or back area.

负责酒店客人和员工区域的地面打蜡,楼梯的清洁。

8. Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request.

尽可能地为客人提供帮助,回答客人的问题。

9.. Maintain all equipment in good working condition.

维持所有的装备处于良好的工作状态。

10. Keep storeroom neat and in good order.

储存室整洁,井井有条。

11. To report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs.

要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏,以便急修及降低损失。

12. To keep following up the repairing work until it has been completed.

跟踪急修事宜,确保维修已经完成。

13. Deliver high quality service to guests.

提供高品质的对客服务。

14.Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.

确保客人需求与合理的要求被满足。

15. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.

坚持酒店的清洁和养护程序。

16.Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.

保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。

17.Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Hilton Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s team member Handbook.
