ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1.Shall supervise all accounting and registering of accounts. For this purpose, he or she shall ensure, with the assistance of his or her Assistant Financial Controller, The proper keeping of the books for internal accounting and for the official account sheets to be supplied in due course.

2.Shall be responsible for establishing hotel budget forecasts (investment budget and operating budgets) and shall keep a record of monthly budgetary discrepancies.

3 Shall also supervise the hotel’s cash situation.
监管酒店现金状况。
4.Shall keep informed of fiscal matters concerning the hotel.
应随时了解酒店相关的财务事项。
5.Shall maintain management charts and administration forecasts charts, in conjunction with the General Manager.
协同总经理对酒店管理体系及经营预测体系进行维护。
6.Shall supervise revenue entries, especially those from the General Cashier’s office.
对所有收益条目进行监管,尤其通过总出纳获得的收益。
7.Shall, in direct supervision of the Purchasing Manager, also be responsible for the payment of invoices.
对采购经理进行直接管理,同时负责所有发票的支付。
8.Shall maintain controls of the costs of the different services, in particular the food and beverage cost.

9.Shall effectively liaison with bankers, revenue authorities, commerce department, and external auditors.

10.Shall comply with statutory tax regulations.

11.Shall organize cash forecasting and fund management.
进行现金预测及基金管理。
12.Shall establish forms of different reporting system to keep the management up to date of its financial position.

13.Shall consolidate different sources of funds and expenses to submit a profit and loss statement to management in each calendar month.

14.Shall consolidate yearly financial performance.

15.Shall in accordance with uniform system of account to administrative all necessary financial report and standardization of accounting procedure.

16.Shall maintain proper personnel payroll administration in accordance to tax and labor law.
在遵守税收及劳动法的基础上对员工薪资进行正确的管理。
EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 教育背景及工作经历
1.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
具有酒店行政、酒店管理或相关的学士学位或毕业证书。
2.10 years Finance department working experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience.
最好拥有在相似规模酒店10年以上财务部相关的工作经验,包括主管的经验。
3.Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
工作经验的要求可能因运营规模和复杂性而略有不同。

1.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

2.Good writing skills.
