1.Identify the industrytrends of human resources development and formulates hotel Human Resource planningand staffing to cope with the requirement of hotel operation.

了解本行业人力资源发展的情况，制定与酒店经营需要相符合的人力资源计划。

2.Formulates and updatespolicies, procedures and standards on recruitment, training and human resourcesmanagement，andmake sure its implementation.

制定并及时更新招聘、培训、人力资源管理的政策、操作程序和标准，确保其实施。

3.Make out salary range foreach position according to the market and hotel situation, and submit salaryadjustment proposal if need.

根据市场行情和酒店实际，制订各职位的工资幅度。如有需要，提出工资调整的方案。

4.Plans annual budget formanpower, staff benefits and training, and submit for approval.

制定年度的人力费用、员工福利及培训预算，并提交审批。

5.Conducts and annualevaluation for all staff，reviewappraisals and follow up any particulars for further actions.

组织员工的年度评估，并做好评估的后续跟进工作。

6. Be responsible for allstaff activities as to the positive moral of staff.

7.Coordinate staffrelation, handle discipline staff case and staff grievances, deal with labordispute.
