· Manage all the on going promotions as well as the loyalty Memberships, wine Club Card and any other promotional activities that may occur
管理所有运行中的促销及金卡会员，红酒俱乐部卡和其他促销活动

· Develops promotion plan for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Liaises with F&B and Marketing in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets
根据市场目标发展促销计划，与餐饮部及市场销售部保持沟通联系，开拓市场。

· Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
创造媒体合同，计划记者招待会和其他新闻活动，与媒体保持联系，扬长避短。

· Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned;invites VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepares and issues press releases
组织、展开促销活动，与所有相关部门协调，邀请贵宾及媒体参加推广、促销活动，准备及发行新闻稿。

· Monitor awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies
监督竞争者的活动，当发展策略时使用信息。

· Plans and coordinates sponsorship activities

· Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs

· Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs

Qualification:
招聘要求：

1.University Graduate or equivalent in the Hospitality Industry
酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业，大学本科以上学历

2.Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
在星级酒店销售部,拥有丰富的销售经验及客户资源，从事销售行业2年以上者优先录用

3.Ability to work under pressure with team and independent
能够承受压力与团队良好合作

4.Familiar with Beijing market and complete understanding of Key Account Management
熟悉北京酒店销售市场以及重要客户的管理

5.Good sense of sales in terms of Corporate and MICE
对公司及会议有很好的销售认知
