岗位职责：
1.Prepare hot menu items, special hot dishes, hot appetizers, hot dishes, vegetable dishes and potatoes, spices, ingredients and hot sandwiches.

6. Make dishes in strict accordance with the recipes made by the chef every day to ensure the quality of dishes.

岗位要求：
1. Technical secondary school education or above, or relevant major graduation.
中专以上文化程度，或相关专业毕业。
2. Be familiar with the working specifications and requirements of Western food, and master the quality requirements of various operation technologies of side dishes.
熟悉西餐的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。
3.Be able to work independently according to the requirements of work specifications and quality standards, and have corresponding technical level.
能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级。
4.Have a sense of responsibility and be conscientious.
