岗位职责
1、熟悉餐厅日常工作内容，做好卫生打扫及备品的准备工作。
2、掌握酒单知识能够为宾客提供规范化，标准化的服务。
3、爱护餐厅的设施设备，出现隐患及时上报。
4、检查交接餐饮服务用品，做好每月盘点工作。
5、参加培训并尽快提高自身的业务水平。
6、认真完成上级交办的工作任务。
7、做好宾客档案，积极与宾客沟通。
岗位要求
1、大专及以上文化程度，具有良好英语水平。
2、具有强烈的事业心和责任感,高尚的职业道德,良好的纪律修养。
3、能够按服务标准进行工作,反应灵敏,机智灵活。
语言能力：中国普通话-一般年龄要求：20-35岁
