【岗位职责】
1、准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、面包卷、西点等食品；
2、确保有足量的面包供应；
3、负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏；
4、负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭；
5、接受上级的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能；
2、熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪；
3、有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先。
