T-Hub Intro 
T-Hub介绍:
We believe today’s time conscious, urban consumer wants a total solution that combines fitness, wellness and nutrition under one roof with a simple, easy to use membership model. Thanyapura has developed that solution with a new active living destination for urban markets called T-Hubs. Located in high density areas, all T-Hubs, regardless of size, will have fitness facilities, group class space, a vegetarian restaurant, consultation rooms, retail areas, and a children’s play and exercise club. T-Hubs will introduce an innovative membership model as well as digital technology, allowing members to book classes, track performance and monitor bio-data through wearables and mobile apps. T-Hub members will also receive special services in all Thanyapura resorts and sport events. Our goal is to be THE destination of choice for people who want a 360º approach to healthy living.

Job Overview:

The Kids Academy Activity Mentor ensures the overall smooth running of the activity program and manages and supports all activities with the safe and effective delivery. The KCAM ensures that our children and teen activity programmes are “Active” focused, exciting, fun and age appropriate.

With focusing on sports and adventure activities, the KCAM creates an environment where all children are made to feel comfortable in their surroundings and enjoy their time at the Kids Academy. The KCAM manages the activity programme schedule, guaranteeing offering an excellent customer experience, building relationships with the parents and children alike.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all the children in Kids Club are safe, supervised, and accounted for at all times. 
确保所有儿童俱乐部的孩子，都是安全的，受到监督的，并且一直有人在场。 
2. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for the children. 
计划和实施适合孩子发展的活动。 
3. Create a safe environment for all children attending the Kids Club. 
为所有参加儿童俱乐部的孩子，创造一个安全的环境。 
4. Establish an inventory for all toys / equipment at the Club / Crèche 
建立俱乐部、托儿所玩具、设备的清单。 
5. Ensure that all equipment is clean and properly maintained 
清洁设备，妥善保养。 
6. Plan, organise and provide an engaging, inclusive and exciting range of activities for children. 
为儿童筹划、组织及提供一系列富有参与性、包容性及趣味性的活动。 
7. Carry out all activities in a safe manner with regards to children’s learning and welfare needs 
以安全的方式进行一切有关儿童学习和福利需要的活动。 
8. Carry out first aid and complete accident forms as necessary 
进行急救，必要时填写事故表格。 
9. Carry out monthly stock takes, ensure weekly deep cleaning of activity equipment and childcare facilities. 
每月盘点库存，确保每周对活动设备和儿童保育设施进行深度清洁。 
 
Qualification & Must Have: 
任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or similar degrees  
儿童发展或类似学位的学士学位。 
2. First Aid and CPR Training certification. 
急救和心肺复苏培训证书。 
3. Minimum 1 years’ experience in managing a sports resort, a fitness club operation, or similar businesses 
至少1年管理体育度假村、健身俱乐部或类似业务的经验。 
4. Positive attitude and mindset, even in difficult situations

5. Leading by example

6. Active and healthy lifestyle
