T-Hub Intro 
T-Hub介绍:
We believe today’s time conscious, urban consumer wants a total solution that combines fitness, wellness and nutrition under one roof with a simple, easy to use membership model. Thanyapura has developed that solution with a new active living destination for urban markets called T-Hubs. Located in high density areas, all T-Hubs, regardless of size, will have fitness facilities, group class space, a vegetarian restaurant, consultation rooms, retail areas, and a children’s play and exercise club. T-Hubs will introduce an innovative membership model as well as digital technology, allowing members to book classes, track performance and monitor bio-data through wearables and mobile apps. T-Hub members will also receive special services in all Thanyapura resorts and sport events. Our goal is to be THE destination of choice for people who want a 360º approach to healthy living.

Job Overview:

Greet all Guests and Members in a friendly and helpful manner, provide prompt and courteous service, take guest orders and requests anticipating guests/ members needs and ensure high guest satisfaction. Promote Sport Club services, facilities and upsell products to the guests/ members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests / members with a friendly smile and sincere welcome, beginning a positive and warm communication.  
面带微笑的问候客人，并表达诚挚的欢迎，用积极和温暖的方式开始沟通。 
2. Recognize member status and interact friendly, courteous and in a positive manner. 
识别客人身份，友好、礼貌、积极的互动。 
3. Create a positive and professional T-HUB image during all interactions.  
在所有活动中创造一个积极、职业的T-HUB 精神（印象）。 
4. Conduct new T-HUB member orientation and introduce them to the facilities and options.  
给T-HUB新成员进行入职培训并向其介绍相关设备和方案。 
5. Respond to the telephone promptly and clearly in a friendly and courteous manner.  
用友好礼貌的方式积极清楚地回复电话。 
6. Prepare daily all reports, such as “expected sport bookings” and “cashiering” reports.  
准备日常报告，例如“预期的运动项目预定”和“收入”报告。 
7. Prepare and handle all sports bookings, scheduling and invoicing accurately.  
准备和处理所有运动活动的预定，精确地排期、开票。 
8. Update yourself about all special promotions, booking handling procedures for Membership packages, Sports Packages and Group Class programs.  
知晓所有的特别推广活动，如会员包预定处理程序，运动套餐和小组训练课程。 
9. Attend to guest/ member complaints or comments, inquiries and requests, referring problematic cases to your superior, if unable to assist or solve.  
处理顾客的投诉、意见、咨询和需求，如果不能处理的话，向上级汇报问题节点。 
10.Take personal interest and pride to ensure that the Club Desk is kept clean and tidy and in an orderly state.  
带着个人兴趣与使命确保俱乐部前台干净、整洁并有序的摆放。 
11.Be open to new ideas and make changes in the job and routine as required.  
在日常工作中善于接纳新观点，保持灵活多变。  
 
Qualification & Must Have: 
任职要求 
1. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in guest services business or similar 
在服务性行业至少1-2年同等或类似职务工作经历。 
2. Positive attitude and mindset, even in difficult situations 
即使面对困难，也能报以积极的状态。 
3. Active and healthy lifestyle

4. Affinity to mindfulness 
三观正。 
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
良好的沟通、交际能力。 
6. Good knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems 
熟练使用办公软件及处理数据系统。 
7. 有英语基础的优先录取。
