职位概述

1. Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes.

2. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

5. Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards

6. Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes.

7. Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.

8. Cleans and re-sets his/her working area.

9. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

10. Implements the T-Hubs and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:

11. Assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration and storage of the following dishes:

任职要求

1 years related experience or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
