-          Manage all catering sales department employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.

-          Supervise and coordinate in liaison with the Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef, the pricing and preparation of banquet menus, and beverages and wine lists by taking into consideration such factors as Local requirements, Market needs, Competition, Trends, Recipes, Potential costs, Availability of Food and Beverage products and Merchandising and promotion.
-          与餐饮部总监、行政总厨联系，监督协调宴会菜单、酒水单的报价和制定工作，具体考虑以下因素：当地的规定、市场需求、竞争及市场趋势、菜谱、潜在成本、可提供的餐饮产品、广告促销。
-          Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with Inspection checklist and other sales related reports.
-          协助市场销售总监编制检查清单和其它销售相关报告。
-          Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
-          能有效与顾客、合作人或第三方沟通，展示酒店、品牌及公司的高素质。
