Required Skills –

技能要求

l Keeps record and traces Finance staffs leave and off days. Completes and submits finance staffs’ monthly attendance record.

为财务部员工做好出勤记录。完成并递交财务部的员工考勤表。

l Responsible in inventory control and requisition or purchasing of office supplies according to the hotel’s policies and procedures.

根据酒店的政策和程序，负责部门办公用品的申请及库存管理。

l Assists the Financial Controller to ensure good communication within/out the department

协助财务总监与部门内部和其他部门之间的沟通

l Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Financial Controller or his/her supervisor.

执行任何财务总监或其直属领导分配的其它合理工作任务。

Qualifications –

学历

College degree or above fresh graduates/interns.

大专以上学历应届毕业生/实习生
