Required Skills –

技能要求

l Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team

按酒店销售团队的要求准备各种行政文件。

l Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner

及时答复通过电话、传真和电子邮件进行的问询。

l Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base

处理所有销售部的邮件并维护通信数据库。

· Assist with direct mail campaigns

协助直邮广告工作。

l Maintenance and management of data base

维护和管理数据库。

Qualifications –

学历

High School or Vocational Certification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, English or related field.

酒店管理、工商管理、英语或相关专业的高中学历或职业证书优先。

Experience –

经验

1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1年相关工作经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景
