l Clean and maintain guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures.

按照既定标准和程序清洁并维护客房、客房走廊、布草房和橱柜。

l Replenish guest supplies.

补充客用品。

l Ensure guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.

确保及时礼貌地完成上级主管或客人要求的服务。

l Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior.

向上级主管报告酒店客房的损坏或故障情况。

l Report and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately.

及时向上级主管报告并上交客人的遗失物品。

l Good communication skills.

良好的沟通能力。

Qualifications –

学历

Primary Education or equivalent.

小学学历或同等学历。

Experience –

经验

Some housekeeping experience.

拥有客房服务经验。
