l Assist the Director of F&B in the day-to-day operation of the Food safety and to help maintain a high Standard of food preparation and presentation.

协助餐饮总监管理酒店相关部门的食品安全，保证食品的高质量。

l Manage and participate in food safety inspection work.

管理并参与食品安全的检查工作。

l Supervise Hygienic standards for food safety departments the implementation.Report to Director of F&B and GM every week.

监督各部门食品安全卫生标准的执行情况，每周向餐饮总监和总经理汇报。

l Duties as assents by Director of F&B.

执行餐饮总监安排的任务。

Qualifications –

学历

College degree or above.

大专以上学历。

Experience –

经验

At least has 1 years Food Safety and Hygiene management experience .

至少有一年食品安全卫生管理的工作经验。
