We are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Food Beverage to join our F&B team.

As an Assistant Director of Food Beverage, we rely on you to：
-Support the Director of Food & Beverage to improve the profitability of every outlet
-Optimize the profitability of every outlet
-Analyze market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends
-Assist in maintaining a high standard of service
-In partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage you will have responsibility for the branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues
-To be accountable for external contracts such as suppliers, performers etc
-Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service

We are looking for someone who:
-Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
-Enjoys interacting with people.
-Has high proficiency in both written and spoken English.
-Enjoys presenting to the senior management team.
-Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment.
-Leads by example.
-A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
-Creative with an eye for detail.
-Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
-Upholds professional values.
