We are currently looking for a Director of Food& Beverage to join our Food& Beverage team.

As a Director of Food& Beverage, we rely on you to:

Responsible for the F&B daily operation within limits of Hotel policies, procedure of Food & Beverage Manual and necessary actions to be taken to guide any manage all activities and staff of the concerned department. To maintain the highest level of quality, training, motivation, etc.

We are looking for someone who:

1. More than 3 years of similar position management experience in 5-star hotels.
2. Develop good guest relations and handle all kinds of guest complaints.
3. Formulate, implement and supervise various management systems of the department.
4. Extensive wine knowledge.
5. Have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and noble professional ethics.
6. Correct work attitude and can work under pressure.
7. Good at staff training and urge all positions to do a good job in training.
8. Be able to adjust business strategies in time according to market changes and customer needs and be good at organizing and carrying out various food exhibition activities.
