The ideal candidate will provide effective leadership in all aspects of hotel operations to develop and implement successful plans to ensure superior operational results, financial performance, guest satisfaction and team member engagement.

While outlining and planning strategies to maximize profits, the general manager must also pay attention to detail and demonstrate a good work ethic in order to establish a role model for team members that is consistent with the Lisse brand guidelines, vision, purpose and values, and to be fully committed.

Educational background condition

• Good at controlling and driving all hotel affairs, including opening and post-production management.

• Graduate degree in management or related field is preferred.

Previous work experience

• At least 15 years of international luxury hotel management experience.

• At least 3 years working experience as general manager of luxury brand hotel.



• Good hotel and food service management skills.

Other qualifications

• Good at controlling and driving all hotel affairs, including opening and post-production management.

• Good knowledge of markets and tourism in Guangxi and nearby regions.

• Has successfully exceeded business targets by implementing superior business strategies.

• Have thoughtful leadership skills to build a strong service culture and a positive work environment for team members to continue to grow.

• Developed business acumen, ability and experience to improve profitability.

• Responsible for raising revenue.

• Experience in managing budgets, making revenue recommendations and forecasting growth figures at comparable hotels.

• Excellent interpersonal management skills, good at building and developing relationships with owners, shareholders and other types and backgrounds.

• Excellent hotel business knowledge; Familiar with group culture, deep understanding of group objectives.

• Quick to learn, understand and fully understand local laws, rules and regulations related to the hotel.

• Excellent communication skills, good at establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the owner.

• Strong management and administrative skills; Excellent organizational and analytical skills and negotiation skills.

• Good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• A certificate of no criminal record.

•  对广西和附近地区的市场和旅游业有充分的了解。
•  曾成功地通过实行卓越的商业战略来超额完成业务指标。
•  具有深思熟虑的领导能力，能够为团队成员建立强大的服务文化和积极的工作环境，让团队成员不断成长。
•  具有发达的商业嗅觉，以及提高盈利的能力与经验。
•  负责提高收入。
•  有在同等规模酒店管理预算、提出收入建议和预测增长数据的经验。
•  优秀的人际关系管理技能，善于与业主、股东等各类型和背景的人建立和发展关系。
•  优秀的酒店业务知识；熟悉集团文化，深刻理解集团目标。
•  善于快速学习，理解并完全了解当地与酒店相关的法律、规章及制度。
