Location: Ardor Gardens – Qingpu, Shanghai 

POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of the position is to drive brand awareness and traffic of Ardor Garden - the very first senior living property of Lendlease group in China.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
·    Lead and manage Ardor Garden brand awareness and integrated marketing activities with a focus on community engagement
·      Responsible for Ardor Garden Monthly Marketing calendar and execution
·      Work with operations team to drive customer satisfaction and improve customer engagement
·      Work closely with sales team to conduct effective campaigns and drive traffic
·      Support Ardor Garden related research of brand awareness and CSAT.
·      Work on customer story to create relevant content for word-of-mouth communication
·      Identify marketing, promotional and media opportunities to amplify brand awareness in targeted customer segment.
·      Work with Brand team to safeguard brand guidelines and enhance the brand image
·      Work with PR team to boost awareness and strengthen media relations.
·      Work with Digital team to manage Ardor Garden’s owned platform content planning as well as SEO/SEM.
·      Use existing Ardor Garden insights to support future Senior Living new projects reach and positioning.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
·     Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
·     Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business.
·     Must have a current, satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
·     Passionate about senior living industry.
·     Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in Marketing with background of lifestyle, hospitality or retail industry. Direct working experience in Senior Living/Retiree/Hospitality industry will be a plus.
·     Proven relationships with media, channels, communities and other key stakeholders.
·     Strong ownership, self-motivated and self-discipline.
·     Comfortable of working with multiple stakeholders.
·     Great communicator with analytical skills

KEY COMPETENCIES
·     Must be able to speak, read, write and understand Mandarin. English desirable. 
·     Computer Knowledge and experience
·     Proficiency in PMS, POS, and all relevant programs
·     Experience handling all administration duties
