Follow all resort policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanour.
Interacting with and constantly creating warm, friendly service      for our residents during each encounter.
Reviewing information on a  daily basis to prepare for the arrival of regular guests, residents, VIPs and special attention residents. Ensuring all preferences and requests are completed according to SOPs.
Ensuring concierge are constantly looking for and finding ways to all our residents and guests. Complaints and guest incidents are handled in a courteous and professional manner. Adhering to Resort’s service recovery guidelines when handling guest complaints or incidents.
Conducting regular training sessions to ensure that concierge agents’ knowledge and skills are up-to-date. 
Providing  assistance and guidance for all concierge agents during the daily operation.
Knowing regular resident names and requirements; answering any questions and promoting the resort in general.
Assist in taking reservations, tours, and greeting and checking-in residents.
Dealing efficiently with day to day billing and resident service queries.
Knows cash handling procedures. Files and posts all changes to resident master and city ledger account.
Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization.
Report anything considered a health and safety hazard.
Using information available, plan and control both the preparation of future shifts and effective communication to the team.
To act as a senior concierge for the resort, ensuring all residents are satisfied, both internal and external.
Lobby duty plays a key role in the success of the movement of our residents around the resort.
Be flexible at all the times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Resort and outlets.
Knows all safety and understands emergency procedures and how to act upon them. Understands accident prevention policies.
Prevent abuse and/or destruction of resort property.
