职位描述

Understand the Employee Handbook and comply with the standards it outlines.

了解员工手册内容,并按照相关规定遵照执行。

  Carry out all professionally reasonable instructions given by your Manager.

执行上司交办的所有合理工作。

Handle all the insurance issues.

负责公司员工保险的办理工作。

Handle investigation and reimbursement of staff injury and procreation.

负责处理职工工伤、生育的审查与报销工作,并做好善后工作。

 Posting on the employee notice board the service charge report every month-end, which is obtained from the Accounting Department and has been signed by the Financial Controller.

每个月底在员工宣传栏内张贴服务费报表,须从财务部获取,并经财务总监签字。

Administering medical checkup and briefing new recruits on medical insurance scheme and fingerprinting.

负责员工健康检查、新员工的医疗保险办理,以及指纹考勤录入等工作。

 Organizing employees’ activities such as sport, birthdays, employee of the month and others.

组织员工活动, 如体育活动、员工生日会、月度最佳员工评选等。

 Controlling employee’s overtime by matching with fingerprinting records.

控制与管理员工加班,并审核相关考勤记录。

 Obtaining new ID number for new employees and training them on the use of the fingerprinting registration machine. 

确定新员工的身份证号码,并培训他们如何使用指纹考勤机。

 Updating employees’ rosters in payroll system and prints out the record of fingerprint in order to provide attendance information to report to the Accounting   Department.

负责在工资系统里更新员工花名册、并打印指纹考勤记录,给财务部提供员工考勤信息。

Updating records for Daily Workers.

更新每日工作员工的考勤记录。

Ensure the timely issuance of the staff’s monthly payroll and forward all reports related to Payroll in due time.

确保按时完成员工月度工资发放,并在规定时间内提交涉及员工工资的相关报表。

 Issuing an Annual Leave Outstanding reported to Department Heads.

统计累计年假报告给各部门经理。

Make all sorts of personnel statistic statements or reports directed by HRD, well recording the increase or decrease of staff, and being familiar with the staff salary situation.

按上级要求做好各类人事统计报表,及时掌握员工的增减及工资变化情况。

Assist in handling and organizing employee activities, birthday parties, employee of the Month/Year, etc.

协助组织员工生日派对, 春节联欢会, 月度/年度优秀员工等活动。

 Other tasks or duties as may be appropriately assigned by Personnel Managers.

跟进人事经理布置的其他工作任务。

 

OTHER RESPONSIBLITIES 其他工作职责:   

Prepare and administer detailed induction program for new staff.

起草和执行新员工入职计划。

 Ensures that all personal files are kept and transported appropriate.

负责所有人事档案资料的充实、归档和转入、转出的传递工作。

Data Base Management.

管理人事信息数据库。

 Handle administrative tasks or procedure of recruitment, trial, evaluation contract making and renewing or ending contract.

根据规定办理员工的招收、试用、评估、签订合同、续订或解除合同等各项手续。

Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies.

协助部门经理进行符合职业健康和安全政策的工作。
