岗位职责 Primary Responsibilities
1.对酒店内各项接待、会场布置、场景气氛做好拍摄记录服务跟进工作。
Carry out shooting and recording services for all the reception, venue arrangement and scene atmosphere in the hotel, and follow up on the work.
2. 向市场销售经理提销售拜访概况报告，提交月销售拜访计划。
Submit a sales visit summary report to the marketing sales manager and submit the monthly sales visit plan.
3. 反馈信息，保持联系及加强相关合作单位间合作。
Feedback information, maintaining contact and strengthening cooperation among relevant partner organizations.
4. 为销售部准备各种销售文件、报表、酒店宣传单、宣传册等。
Prepare various sales documents, reports, hotel promotional materials, brochures, etc. for the sales department.
5. 执行订房业务，尤其是旅行社、订房中介及代售异地房业务的预订工作。
Carry out the room reservation business, especially the reservation work for travel agencies, room reservation agencies and agencies selling rooms in other locations.
6. 建立客房销售部的档案系统。
Establish an archive system for the guest room sales department.
7.协助策划酒店内部各部门的推销和宣传活动等方案。
Assist in planning promotional and publicity activities for various departments within the hotel.
8.协助部门、上级领导完成其他临时工作。
Assist the department and superiors in completing other temporary tasks.

任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，酒店工作经验1-2年，国际联号酒店经验优先。
2.形象好，擅长沟通，熟悉餐饮、客房、前厅等业务知识。
3.有一定的团队协作能力，能够掌握一定的销售技巧。
