Supervises
the work of room attendants to ensure all guest rooms and corridors are
maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness to ensure guest
satisfaction and oversees that occupied rooms are cleaned according to guest’s
instructions are serviced and that check out rooms are serviced based on the
arrival time of the next guest.
监督客房服务员的工作，确保所有的客房和走廊达到清洁和整齐的最高标准，确保客人满意。监督客房是否干净是否按照客人的要求服务，服务是否达到客人要求，以及根据下个客人抵达的时间对已退房进行的清洁和服务。
Supervises room attendants work during turn-down
service and makes reular spot checks. Participates in turn-down service for
VIPs
监督客房服务员的夜床服务并作常规的抽检，参与VIP的夜床服务。
Inspects
occupied and non-occupied guest rooms daily and takes corrective measures in
order to meet Radisson standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and
supplies. Also checks that housekeeping equipment is handled and maintained
properly.
每天检查住客房和非住客房，并采取改进措施，使之达到丽笙集团的清洁和维修标准。检查管家部的机器设备是否得到合适的使用和维护。
Carries out
on the job training and is responsible for grooming and conduct standards of
the room attendants under his/her responsibility. Motivates employees to bring
about excellent performance. Participates actively in the annual appraisal of
employees’ performance.
贯彻执行培训工作并且负责确保客房服务员的仪容和操行符合工作职责所要求的标准，激发员工使他们有出色的表现，对员工表现的作出评估。
Ensures that
all records relevant to his/her responsibilities, i.e. furniture movement,
cleaning schedules, etc. are kept accurately, are up-to-date and available.
确保与职责相关的所有工作记录，如：家具移动，清洁计划表等被正确填写和保存，并且进行更新。
Verifies that pantries are equipped with all the
necessary items needed in servicing guestrooms, and that proper control is
practiced to reduce expenses.
核实确保工作间配备了客房服务所需要的物品，并合理控制减少开支。
Signs in and out master keys and phones in the
housekeeping office and ensures that all keys of his/her area(s) are returned.
客房部的万能钥匙和便携电话的领出和归还都要签字并确保归还到位。
Keeps himself/herself informed of hotel products,
services and events in order to answer guest questions.
让自己多了解知晓酒店的产品、服务和接待活动，以便能回答客人的问题。
Assists actively in quarterly linen stock-takes.
积极协助每季度的布草盘点。
Answers all guest questions/requests in a friendly
and caring manner, takes appropriate action or – if needed –refers the matters
to the relevant persons to handle.
以友好和关心的态度回答所有客人的问题和要求，并采取行动，在需要的情况下将问题交给相关的人处理。
At the end of the shift, carries out proper
handover reporting with special attention guests, room status discrepancy,
unusual situations, incidents that need follow up, to ensure consistency and
guest satisfaction. Handovers are passed verbally to colleagues as well as in
writing into the log book.
在下班的时候，要完成正确的交班报告，注明需特别注意的客人、房态的差异情况、需要跟进的异常情况和事件事故，确保工作的连贯性和客人的满意度。移交工作时不仅要口头传达给同事，同时要写入交班记录簿中。
Assists in scheduling general cleaning during
periods of low occupancy..
在住房率低的时期，协助制定大清洁的计划。
Promotes all practices which help protecting the
environment.
促进推广所有有助于环境保护的举措。
Carries out all other duties assigned to him/her by
management.
执行完成上级分配给他/她本人的其它工作。
