Assists the Chief of Security in the management and operation of the Security Department. Acts as Chief of Security in his absence.							
协助保安部经理进行管理并在保安部经理不在时, 代替其对部门进行操作

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES			责任和义务

1.Acts as Chief of Security in his absence and assumes responsibility over the department.
当保安部经理不在时, 他应作为保安部经理并对部门承担责任.
2.Ensures implementation of the instruction of higher management or of the Chief of Security by co-coordinating with the Officer in-charge of the Security agency and requiring feedback.	
确保通过与保安部负责人员的协调, 合作执行高层领导或保安部经理的指示和需要的回馈
3.Through the Officer-in-Charge of the Security Agency keeps higher management and Chief of Security informed of the activities and performance of House Officers and of the uniformed guards.
通过保安部的负责人保持更高的管理, 大楼内的保安员和制服警卫的活动及表现应向保安部经理汇报.								  
4.Reviews daily log book of House Officers and guards. Advises Chief of Security of same.	
复查保安人员的每日记事簿. 同时向保安部经理提出建议.
5.	Conducts investigation of cases brought to the attention of the department. Reviews all reports of the previous day/night. Acts/recommends further action on spot reports or incident reports whenever appropriate.            
注意部门案件的调查行为. 检查前一天/前一晚所有的报告. 在任何适当需要时间, 对某一点的报告或事件的报告采取进一步的行动.
6.Gathers data and information on all forms of felonies and larceny which occurs in the hotel, as well as cases of irregularities and anomalous practices committed by hotel employees.	
 汇集酒店所有的重罪和盗窃罪, 还有酒店员工不正常和不符合规定的行为的数据和信息.
7.Undertakes “projects” when directed by the Chief of Security.					  
在由保安部经理指导后能承担 “任务”.
8.Maintains and updates files, and records, a “rogues gallery” of hotel crooks, wanted persons, troublesome and unwanted guests, pimps, prostitutes and other dubious character.	
 维护和更新档案和记录, 建立酒店的“黑名单” , 包括可疑人物, 制造麻烦以及不受欢迎的客人, 卖淫嫖娼以及其他的可疑的情况.
9.Maintains and updates “Modus Operandi” and “Order of Battle” files of known criminals, confidence tricksters and syndicates.								  
维护和更新已知的犯罪, 神秘小偷及地下组织的“Modus Operandi” 和 “Order of Battle” 档案.			
10.When directed by the Chief of Security and in co-ordination with the Personnel Department, conducts discreet background investigation of job applicants and employees under suspicion. May instruct House Officers/Blue guards to do surveillance work.	  
当有保安部经理指导以及人事部的协调, 对应征者和雇员的背景调查应谨慎地进行. 可以通知酒店内务人员 / 蓝领门卫进行监督, 看守的工作.
11.Performs other duties that may be assigned.
