Responsible for the proper preparation and mixture of beverages in the hotel in accordance with the standards set by the hotel.
根据酒店标准准备和配置酒水。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
Receives instructions from the Beverage Manager on the various jobs to be carried out.
接受由饮料部经理布置下来的各种工作任务。
Ensures smooth daily operation and cleanliness of the work area.
确保工作区域正常工作和整洁干净。
Prepares bar requisitions and inter-bar transfers for approval by superior.
准备酒吧申请单和酒吧内部调拨单，并让主管批准。
Assists the accounting staff during stock-taking i.e. setting-up the bar to facilitate the inventory count.
协助财务部员工进行酒水的统计，如按照库存领料。
Ensures that proper beverage control is maintained by the bar personnel.
确保酒吧酒水的有效控制。
Handles the correct glassware to be used for dispensing specific drinks, and maintains par stock if all equipment in use.
特殊饮料的玻璃杯的有效控制，各器具必备数要确保。
Reports to the Beverage Manager on the daily activities.
向饮料部经理汇报每日的情况。
Cleans and polishes bar utensils and equipment for use including glasses.
包括玻璃器皿在内的各器械和用具，进行每日的清洁和抛光。
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
完成各项布置下来的任务。
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。
Required Skills –
技能要求
· Thorough knowledge of spirits and mixed drinks and capable of improving his own cocktail is a must
熟知各项烈酒和混合饮料的知识，并致力于进一步提高自己酒水知识
· Personable, neat, tidy appearance
仪表端庄，外表整洁
Qualifications
学历
· College level or its equivalent
大专水平或同等水平
Experience
经验
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
相关工作经验2年以上
国际联号工作经历：优先国内管理公司经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-35岁
