【岗位职责】
1、全面负责管理酒店的所有项目财务运作业务。
2、对资金结算，业务的资金划拨，进行审核监督。
3、协调与代销机构、托管银行、资金结算银行等外部机构以及酒店其他部门的业务往来。
4、负责酒店的资本运作，融资管理，完善酒店治理并加以推行实施。
5、配合高层工作，以及开展IPO工作。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历。
2、2年以上项目运作管理工作经验。
3、熟练使用电脑等相关办公软件。
4、有一定的文字组织与表达能力。
5、敬业、责任心强。
6、有多业态项目管理经验。
